According to Phát Đạt’s update, both Zenia towers had topped out, with finishing and mechanical and electrical work underway. An August 2026 site visit also presented amenity spaces still being completed. Topping out does not mean that apartments have been handed over.
Risa · update of 14 July 2026
Risa 1 was reported at floor 33 and Risa 2 at floor 36. The August topping-out milestone was a plan when the update was published; it is not treated here as confirmation of completion.
Lusso · update of 14 July 2026
Lusso Saigon and Lusso D’arte were reported under construction at floor 6. Buyers should request progress photographs with the date taken and the expected schedule for their specific tower.
Before signing a contract
Check the sale-eligibility documents for the correct tower, the contracting party, the guarantee arrangements and the handover conditions. The applicable handover date depends on the contract, its schedules and the seller’s latest confirmation.
