Two towers, two progress milestones
On 14 July 2026, Phát Đạt reported construction at floor 33 for Risa 1 and floor 36 for Risa 2. The August topping-out plan in that update needs to be checked against an actual completion announcement.
Prices & handover specifications
Prices, floor areas and handover specifications must correspond to the unit in the correct Risa tower. Zenia or Lusso sales terms should not automatically be applied to Risa.
